This past spring, I had the pleasure of photographing Jillian for her WashU graduation. She had had prior bad experiences with photographers where they hadn’t taken any flattering photos of her. She mentioned how her parents had ordered a few prints, but instead of hanging them up around the house, they were shoved somewhere in a box.
I knew I had a challenge ahead of me – but I was confident that I could take some photos that would capture her beauty (she’s stunning!) and make her feel good. She was so happy when she received the final images, and I couldn’t have asked for a better reaction. It made me feel so happy knowing I was able to not only document her graduation but also create images she’d want to look back at for years to come.
